Mettle doesn’t have the structure to it that our younger groups do. It is more of an open place for young people to come and relax together and do activities. We usually end with a group game, often chosen by our members or incorporated into the message session.

Mettle is run with a Christian ethos by a team of volunteer leaders, many of whom are from the church next door. We end each session with a short discussion of various aspects of the Christian faith. It is a time for our young people to ask some of the big questions of life and it is very much an open discussion in which we ponder these deep questions.
